Responsibilities
- Perform daily rubber tapping, latex collection, and premium staking operations across designated plantation sectors.
- Maintain high-quality collection standards to ensure all harvested latex meets "Premium Collect" grading criteria.
- Utilize standard tapping tools safely and effectively while monitoring tree health and recovery cycles.
- Integrate entertainment, rhythmic cadence, or performance elements ("Rubber Rapping") to maintain high energy, morale, and team engagement on site.
- Record daily collection yields and report any plantation structural or environmental needs to management.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience or solid understanding of traditional rubber tapping and agricultural harvesting techniques.
- Strong vocal presence, rhythm, freestyle ability, or performance skills to fulfill the creative "Rubber Rapper" role.
- Physical stamina and endurance required for outdoor field operations and navigating plantation terrain.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and engage positively with an audience.
